BOXR Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the BOXR software application (“Application”) for mobile devices, created by Kinetic Ventures (PLS FIX LABS LTD). The Application is a digital boxing training assistant that provides various workouts for boxing, other combat sports, and bodyweight exercises.
Information We Collect and How It Is UsedA. User-Provided Information
Retention: We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.
B. Automatically Collected Information
What We Collect: The Application may automatically collect information including, but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use; your mobile device's unique device ID; the IP address of your mobile device; your mobile operating system; the type of mobile Internet browsers you use; and information about the way you use the Application. Retention: We retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and may thereafter store it in aggregate.
C. Location Information
Precise Location Data: This Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-Party Access to Information
Data Sharing: Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We share your information with third parties only as described in this Privacy Policy.
When We May Disclose Your Information: We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process); when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; or with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf and do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Stopping Data Collection: You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. Alternatively, you can request to opt out via email at

B. Data Retention and Deletion
Managing Your Information: If you’d like us to delete the User Provided Data you have provided via the Application, please contact us from the email address you registered with at
admin@plsfix.co.uk. We will delete your data within 48 hours of your request.
Children’s PrivacyUnder 13: We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with information without parental consent, please contact us at
admin@plsfix.co.uk. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
SecuritySafeguarding Your Information: We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We employ physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and maintain. Access to your information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve the Application. Please note that no security system is perfect; although we strive to provide reasonable security, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our safeguards.
Changes to This Privacy PolicyUpdates: This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or text message. Continued use of the Application is deemed acceptance of any changes.
